It’s gorgeous, modern and very upscale, Inlet Beach has blossomed into one of the fastest growing areas along scenic 30A. I remember when I first discovered Inlet Beach, it was so small that if you blinked~you missed it! It was just a handful of old traditional Florida cottages, you know, the ones that were painted sea foam green and made out of block. Now most of those are gone, even the little pine cottage that used to stand where ’30Avenue’ is now. That little cottage was my first real estate office. Yes, I opened ‘Inlet Beach Realty’ 20 years ago when I obtained my broker’s license and I spent the entire year in Inlet Beach. It has the largest public beach access in South Walton. One of the few places one can watch the sun rise and set all from your beach chair.
